Travel Desk Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Travel Arrangements:Booking flights, hotels, rental cars, and other transportation for employees or clients.
• Itinerary Management:Creating and managing detailed travel plans, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of all travel details.
• Policy Compliance:Ensuring all travel arrangements comply with the company's travel policies and budgetary guidelines.
• Vendor Management:Developing and maintaining relationships with travel vendors (airlines, hotels, etc.) and negotiating for the best rates.
• Travel Support:Providing support and assistance to travelers before, during, and after their trips, including resolving any travel-related issues or emergencies.
• Documentation:Handling visa applications, passport renewals, and other necessary travel documents.
• Reporting:Generating reports on travel expenses and other relevant data.
• Communication:Keeping travelers informed about their itineraries, travel updates, and any changes.
• Problem Solving:Addressing and resolving any travel-related issues or emergencies that may arise.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., hospitality, travel management).
• 1+years of experience in a travel-related role, preferably in a corporate setting.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency in using travel booking systems and tools.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
