Job Description : A Residential Project Architect oversees the design and construction of residential buildings, ensuring they meet client needs, building codes, and industry standards. Their responsibilities include design development, creating construction documents, managing budgets and timelines, and coordinating with various stakeholders throughout the project. Key Responsibilities:

• Client Interaction:Meeting with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and budget for the residential project.
• Design Development:Creating architectural designs, including concept development, detailed drawings, and presentations.
• Construction Documents:Preparing the necessary documents for construction, such as blueprints, specifications, and other construction-related details.
• Budget and Timeline Management:Developing and managing project budgets and timelines, ensuring projects are completed on schedule and within budget.
• Coordination:Collaborating with clients, contractors, engineers, and other team members to ensure smooth project execution.
• Site Visits:Conducting site visits to monitor progress, address any issues, and ensure compliance with the design and building codes.
• Code Compliance:Ensuring the project adheres to all relevant building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
• Quality Control:Ensuring the quality of the project meets the required standards, including materials and workmanship.
• Reporting:Creating reports and documentation at various stages of the project to track progress and ensure accuracy.
• Project Management:Assuming project management responsibilities, including overseeing the entire project lifecycle from start to finish.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.
• Professional architectural license.
• Strong design and technical drawing skills. (GFC drawing)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in relevant architectural software (e.g., AutoCAD, MSword, photoshop).
• Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction processes.
• Experience in residential architecture, including new construction, renovations, or remodeling.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹1,800,000.00 per year
