Travel Desk Executive

Role Overview

We are seeking a Travel Desk Executive with 2-3 years of experience in managing end-to-end travel arrangements. The ideal candidate will handle flight, hotel, and accommodation bookings, visa processing, and ensure smooth travel experiences for employees while optimizing costs and adhering to company policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage domestic and international travel bookings, including flights, hotels, Airbnb, and ground transportation.
• Coordinate visa applications, renewals, and related documentation for employees traveling abroad.
• Liaise with travel agencies, airlines, hotels, and vendors to secure the best rates and services.
• Maintain records of employee travel, expenses, and approvals.
• Ensure compliance with company travel policies and guidelines.
• Provide timely support to employees for last-minute changes, cancellations, or rescheduling.
• Track travel budgets, prepare reports, and suggest cost-saving measures.
• Assist with travel insurance and other related requirements.
• Maintain excellent communication with travellers, ensuring a hassle-free travel experience.

Required Qualifications

• 2-3 years of proven experience in travel management (corporate or agency background preferred).
• Hands-on experience with flight, hotel, and Airbnb bookings.
• Strong knowledge of visa processing procedures for multiple countries.
• Familiarity with travel portals, booking systems, and vendor coordination.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong attention to detail with problem-solving abilities.
• Good communication skills and a customer service mindset.
