Travel Coordinator

As a Travel Coordinator at Uniglobe Focus Travel and Tours, your role will involve managing all aspects of travel arrangements for clients, ensuring seamless experiences for both corporate and leisure travel, both domestic and international. Your excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and strong coordination abilities will be key in providing enjoyable travel experiences. Key Responsibilities: - Coordinate and book flights, accommodations, car rentals, and other travel services for clients (corporate and leisure). - Customize travel itineraries for individual and group travelers, considering preferences, budget, and travel restrictions. - Communicate with clients to understand their travel needs and preferences, providing clear and timely information on travel options and arrangements. - Process and provide all travel documentation (e.g., flight tickets, hotel vouchers, visas) to clients, assisting in visa and passport application procedures. - Establish and maintain relationships with travel vendors to secure the best rates and services, negotiating discounts as applicable. - Address and resolve any travel-related issues or complaints in a timely and professional manner. - Prepare and process client bills, assisting with discrepancies or issues. Qualifications: - Education: Bachelors degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field preferred. - Experience: 2-5 years of experience in travel coordination, travel agency, or related customer service role. Skills: - Strong knowledge of global travel systems (Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo, or similar). - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook). - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. - Attention to detail and a customer-first mindset. - Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to tasks.
