🔹 Role Overview

As a Chat Service Representative, you will assist customers through non-voice communication channels such as

chat, email, text, and social media

. Your role includes resolving queries, providing accurate information, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer queries via chat, email, and other non-verbal platforms
  • Understand, troubleshoot, and resolve customer concerns with clarity and empathy
  • Maintain accuracy, professionalism, and a friendly tone in all interactions
  • Ensure quick turnaround and high-quality support to enhance customer experience

🔹 Eligibility Criteria

  • Minimum qualification: High School Diploma (12th Pass) or equivalent
  • Freshers are welcome; 1 year of customer service experience is an added advantage
  • Strong written English communication skills (grammar & spelling must be good)
  • Basic computer knowledge and good typing speed
  • Comfortable working in rotational shifts, including weekends and night shifts

💰 Salary

₹25,000 – ₹35,000 CTC per month

(Based on interview performance and relevant experience)
