The ideal candidate should be able to convert client inquiries into bookings while also handling backend travel operations smoothly. This is a perfect opportunity for someone who enjoys client interaction as well as execution and coordination.🔹 Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate and convert leads into bookingsCommunicate effectively with clients via calls, meetings and emailsUnderstand client budgets & preferences to create tailor-made itinerariesProvide expert guidance on destinations, packages, flights, hotels & visasHandle end-to-end travel operations – flight bookings, hotel reservations, transfers & activitiesCoordinate with suppliers/vendors for smooth execution of tripsEnsure timely documentation – visa, insurance, vouchers, confirmationsManage changes, cancellations or special client requests efficientlyMaintain reports & records of bookings and client interactions🔹 Key RequirementsProven experience in travel trade (domestic/international)Strong communication, negotiation & problem-solving skillsKnowledge of GDS OR booking portals (preferred but not mandatory)Ability to multitask and manage both client-facing & backend tasksCustomer-first mindset with attention to detail🔹 Perks & Benefits✨ Salary + Attractive Incentives & Performance Bonuses✨ Company-provided laptop✨ SIM card reimbursement✨ Supportive work culture with career growth opportunities
