The ideal candidate should be able to convert client inquiries into bookings while also handling backend travel operations smoothly. This is a perfect opportunity for someone who enjoys client interaction as well as execution and coordination. 🔹 Key Responsibilities Generate and convert leads into bookings Communicate effectively with clients via calls, meetings and emails Understand client budgets & preferences to create tailor-made itineraries Provide expert guidance on destinations, packages, flights, hotels & visas Handle end-to-end travel operations – flight bookings, hotel reservations, transfers & activities Coordinate with suppliers/vendors for smooth execution of trips Ensure timely documentation – visa, insurance, vouchers, confirmations Manage changes, cancellations or special client requests efficiently Maintain reports & records of bookings and client interactions 🔹 Key Requirements Proven experience in travel trade (domestic/international) Strong communication, negotiation & problem-solving skills Knowledge of GDS OR booking portals (preferred but not mandatory) Ability to multitask and manage both client-facing & backend tasks Customer-first mindset with attention to detail 🔹 Perks & Benefits ✨ Salary + Attractive Incentives & Performance Bonuses ✨ Company-provided laptop ✨ SIM card reimbursement ✨ Supportive work culture with career growth opportunities
