Travel Coordinator

You will be joining NTT DATA Business Solutions as a Junior Executive in the Travel Desk department. In this role, you will play a crucial part in coordinating and managing all travel-related services for employees. Your responsibilities will include ensuring cost-effectiveness, compliance with travel policies, and making timely travel arrangements. To excel in this role, you will need to exhibit strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines. Your key responsibilities will involve coordinating domestic and international travel bookings for flights, trains, hotels, and local transport. You will be processing travel requests, ensuring compliance with company policies, and liaising with travel agencies and vendors to secure the best fares and service quality. Additionally, you will maintain records of travel expenses, assist in travel-related reimbursements, and handle any travel-related issues that may arise. Visa processing and documentation support for employees will also be part of your role, along with assisting them with travel queries and itinerary changes. It is essential for you to have at least 1-3 years of experience in a corporate travel desk or administrative role. Proficiency in travel booking tools and systems, as well as MS Office (especially Excel and Outlook), will be required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are necessary, along with the ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure.
