Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Travel Specialist, located in Ahmedabad. The Travel Specialist will be responsible for managing travel arrangements, coordinating business and leisure travel, handling customer inquiries, and ensuring excellent customer service. Additional tasks include assisting clients with travel management needs, recommending tailored solutions, and maintaining client satisfaction through efficient communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Travel Arrangements and Travel Management
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Experience in handling business travel and providing travel solutions
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Familiarity with travel software or booking platforms is a plus
• Ability to work effectively in an on-site team environment
• Bachelor's degree in Travel, Hospitality, or related field is preferred
