**Job Description:** As part of the organizing team for the 550th anniversary celebrations of Shree Samsthan Gokarn Partagali Jeevottam Math, Canacona, Goa, you will be responsible for coordinating with VIP guests and donors attending the event from 27th November to 7th December. Your role will involve assisting guests over the phone with their travel arrangements, airport transfers, hotel coordination, arrival schedules at the Math, and other essential logistics to ensure a smooth and pleasant experience. Detailed instructions and processes will be shared with you once you come on board. **Key Responsibilities:** - Assist VIP guests and donors with travel arrangements over the phone. - Coordinate airport transfers and hotel accommodations. - Manage arrival schedules at the Math. - Ensure smooth logistics to enhance guest experience. **Qualifications Required:** - Excellent communication skills. - Strong attention to detail. - Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively. - Interest in being part of a historic occasion. - Flexibility to work for 11 days from 27th November to 7th December.
