Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Travel Consultant located in Chandigarh. The Travel Consultant will be responsible for assisting clients with their travel needs including booking flights, hotels, and other services through Tripglobo.com. Day-to-day tasks include providing travel advice, creating travel itineraries, handling customer inquiries, ensuring a smooth booking process, and maintaining excellent customer service. The role involves working closely with the support team to resolve any travel-related issues and to ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in Travel Booking, Itinerary Planning, and Client Interaction
• Strong Communication Skills and Customer Service oriented
• Detail-oriented with skills in Organization and Time Management
• Proficiency in using Amadeus and Online Booking Platforms
• Problem-solving skills and ability to handle travel-related issues
• Familiarity with travel insurance and other travel-related services is an advantage
• Experience in the travel industry is preferred
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
