Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Travel Consultant located in Chandigarh. The Travel Consultant will be responsible for assisting clients with their travel needs including booking flights, hotels, and other services through Tripglobo.com. Day-to-day tasks include providing travel advice, creating travel itineraries, handling customer inquiries, ensuring a smooth booking process, and maintaining excellent customer service. The role involves working closely with the support team to resolve any travel-related issues and to ensure client satisfaction. Qualifications Experience in Travel Booking, Itinerary Planning, and Client Interaction Strong Communication Skills and Customer Service oriented Detail-oriented with skills in Organization and Time Management Proficiency in using Amadeus and Online Booking Platforms Problem-solving skills and ability to handle travel-related issues Familiarity with travel insurance and other travel-related services is an advantage Experience in the travel industry is preferred Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
