Itinerary Planning: Create detailed and well-organized travel itineraries, including transportation,
accommodation, activities, and sightseeing options.
Booking Management: Coordinate and secure bookings for flights, hotels, transportation, and other
travel-related services, ensuring accuracy and timely confirmations.
Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by promptly responding to client inquiries,
addressing concerns, and offering personalized travel advice and recommendations on call and
email.
Destination Knowledge: Stay updated on domestic and international travel destinations, including
popular attractions, local customs, visa requirements, and travel advisories.
Supplier Management: Establish and maintain relationships with travel suppliers, negotiate favorable
rates and contracts, and ensure high-quality services are provided to clients.
Budgeting, Invoicing and Pricing: Prepare cost estimates and pricing for confirming tour packages
and updating invoices, considering factors such as transportation, accommodation, meals, activities,
and increase profit margins for the company.
Quality Assurance and audit: Conduct regular quality checks on service providers and vouchers to
ensure adherence to agreed-upon standards and customer satisfaction.
Continuous Improvement: Monitor customer feedback and market trends to identify areas for
improvement, enhance existing tour packages, and develop new offerings.
Preferred:
Bachelor's degree in tourism, hospitality, or any degree.
Proven experience in the travel industry, tour operations, or travel agency, with a strong
understanding of domestic and international destinations with 3 years of experience.
Excellent knowledge of travel products, services, and suppliers, including airlines, hotels,
transportation options, and attractions.
Strong customer service skills, with the ability to provide exceptional experiences and handle
customer inquiries and complaints.
Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks
and prioritize effectively.
Attention to detail and accuracy in itinerary planning, booking management, and pricing
calculations.
Proficiency in travel booking systems, reservation software, and Microsoft Office suite.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients, suppliers,
International markets and internal teams.
Flexibility and adaptability to handle unexpected changes, emergencies, and time-sensitive
situations.
Ability to work in different shifts as per the market time zones.
