Responsibilities and Duties

• Develop, build, and manage existing as well as new clients.
• Sell travel packages to new clients via calls, direct mail, email and networking events.
• Handling customer inquiries in daily basis.
• Lead management and lead handling.
• Preparation of Travel Itineraries / Packages.
• Strategy formulation for targeting new markets for prospective business generation.
• Product development and marketing of new products, such as Holiday packages.
• Contracting with Hotels and resorts.
• Vendor and supplier management.
• Participate in trade shows, conferences, and community events to help promote the corporate program.
• Responsible for managing and handling company CRM and database.

Qualifications

• Skills in Travel Consulting, Travel Management, and Travel Arrangements
• Experience in Reservations and Customer Service
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Proficiency in using travel booking software and tools
• Relevant experience in the travel industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Travel Management, Hospitality, or a related field

Salary

Rs. 18000/- to Rs. 23000/- per month + Incentive

*Negotiable for candidates having 5-7 years of relevant experience in Travel Agencies (Proven Track Records).
