About the Role

Travel Consultant - Marketing

Responsibilities and Duties

• Client Advisory & Planning:

  Design personalized domestic and international itineraries based on client needs and budgets.

• Customer Service:

  Manage end-to-end support from inquiry to post-trip follow-up, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.

• Destination Expertise:

  Provide guidance on visas, culture, attractions, and seasonal trends.

• Sales & Upselling:

  Promote packages, upgrades, and add-ons to boost revenue.

• Documentation & Compliance:

  Handle visas, insurance, and travel documents with accuracy.

• Problem Solving:

  Resolve cancellations, delays, and emergencies quickly and professionally.

• Market Research:

  Track advisories, policies, and emerging destinations for timely advice.

• Vendor Management:

  Liaise with airlines, hotels, and operators to secure competitive rates and quality service.

What We’re Looking For

• A passion for travel and customer service
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to understand client needs and suggest solutions
• Prior experience in the travel/tourism industry (preferred but not mandatory)
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and a team player

Education:

• Bachelor's degree / MBA
• Preferred degree in Tourism Management

Experience:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Travel Agencies
