Travel Sales Executive

We have very urgent requirement of candidates who have sound knowledge of sales and marketing in Travel Agencies.

About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive Travel Sales Executive to join our team immediately. If you have strong sales skills, a passion for travel, and a go-getter attitude, this is your opportunity to shine!

Responsibilities:

• Engaging with new as well as existing clients to generate new business.
• Build new prospects through calls, WhatsApp messaging and emails etc..,
• Conduct cold calls and follow up on assigned leads for business generation.
• Prepare travel itineraries/packages and provide tailored travel solutions.
• Maintain and update the CRM system for leads and follow-ups.
• Build and nurture client relationships to understand and meet travel needs.
• Coordinate with the service team for smooth post-sale processes.

What Were Looking For:

• Any graduate with a minimum of 1 year of sales experience mandatory (travel industry experience preferred).
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel).
• Strong communication and email writing skills.
• Aggressive, self-driven, and result-oriented with a positive attitude.

Additional Requirements

• Must provide previous employer documents (appointment letter, salary slips, and bank statements).
• Only candidates available to join immediately will be considered.

Salary and Benefits

• Salary: 18,000 - 23,000 per month (Fixed) + Incentives
• After 6 months: Minimum 10% hike based on performance.
• Incentives: Unlimited earning potential.
• After 1 year: Mediclaim of 2 lakh and minimum PPF contribution.
