This type of candidate would be someone with expertise in using a Global Distribution System

like Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo. Their resume would likely highlight skills such as:

Ticket processing: Issuing, re-issuing, and re-validating tickets.
Refund and cancellation management: Handling complex cancellations and refunds.
Fare calculations: Understanding and applying complex fare rules and basis codes.
PNR (Passenger Name Record) management: Creating and managing bookings.
Troubleshooting: Resolving booking and ticketing errors on the GDS platform.
