Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Travel & visa Consultant, based in Surat. The Travel Consultant will be responsible for assisting clients with travel plans, making travel arrangements, providing customer service, managing reservations, and offering expert travel advice. Daily tasks include itinerary planning, booking flights and hotels, coordinating with vendors, and handling customer inquiries and concerns to ensure a smooth travel experience.

Qualifications

Visa processing experienxe

• Travel Consulting and Travel Management skills
• Experience in making Travel Arrangements and Reservations
• Strong Customer Service skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in using travel booking software and tools
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Prior experience in the travel industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Travel, Hospitality, or related field beneficial
