As a Travel Consultant at our leading travel agency in Ahmedabad, you will play a crucial role in handling outbound travel inquiries and providing exceptional customer service. Your key responsibilities will include: - Handling outbound travel inquiries via calls, emails, and social media platforms. - Understanding client requirements and suggesting suitable travel packages (honeymoon, family, corporate, etc.). - Converting leads into confirmed bookings through persuasive communication and strong product knowledge. - Maintaining CRM data accurately and following up with potential clients regularly. - Handling end-to-end operations for domestic and international travel itineraries. - Coordinating with airlines, hotels, transport vendors, and local partners for bookings. - Preparing travel documents such as vouchers, itineraries, and confirmations and sharing them with the sales team and the client. - Ensuring timely communication with clients regarding bookings, changes, or updates. - Monitoring ongoing trips, providing support in case of issues, and ensuring client satisfaction. - Assisting in process improvements for better efficiency and service delivery.
