Job Summary:
We're looking for an experienced Travel Consultant to join our team! As a Travel Consultant, you'll be responsible for providing excellent customer service, managing visa applications, issuing tickets, and creating customized travel packages for our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Handle visa applications and ensure timely processing
- Issue and manage flight tickets, hotel bookings, and other travel arrangements
- Create and sell customized travel packages
- Provide expert travel advice and guidance to clients
- Meet sales targets and maintain high customer satisfaction
- Stay updated on travel industry trends and developments
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in the travel industry
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Proficiency in visa application processes and travel regulations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets
- Strong knowledge of travel industry systems and software
Preferred:
- Female candidates with relevant experience
- Knowledge of global travel destinations and requirements
- Proficiency in multiple languages (e.g., English, Hindi)
