Job Description

Responsibilities:

Regularly follow up with clients and vendors to ensure smooth operations and service delivery.
Coordinate with Destination Management Companies (DMCs), hotels, and airlines to provide the best options according to customer requirements.
Maintain proper filing of important documents and records in both soft and hard copy formats.
Take final feedback from customers after travel packages are sold and record feedback in the predefined format.
Ensure professional email communication and maintain good email etiquette.
Assist in travel planning, ticket bookings, and other operational activities related to customer travel packages.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure high-quality service and customer satisfaction.
