Role Description

This is a full-time/ part-time, on-site role for a Travel Consultant based in Surat. The Travel Consultant will be responsible for managing and consulting on travel plans, making reservations, handling travel arrangements, and providing excellent customer service. Day-to-day tasks include planning itineraries, booking flights and accommodations, and assisting clients with travel-related inquiries. We also have a vacancy for a visa consultant and a graphic designer

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Travel Consulting, Travel Management, and Travel Arrangements
• Strong Customer Service skills
• Expertise in making Reservations for flights, hotels, and other travel arrangements
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with visa and passport processes is advantageous
• Proficiency in relevant software and booking systems
