ABOUT: Kaizen Ship Management Company Limited, founded in 2015 in Bangkok, Thailand, is a commercial organization involved primarily in third party ship management. RESPONSIBILITIES: Meeting with suppliers Handling the day-to-day incoming & outgoing correspondences Arranging Technical Spares and Stores (Engine, Deck, Cabin etc.), Provision, Bonded Stores and Lub oil Supply to Vessels. Sourcing and Procuring Competitive quotation for the quality goods from the supplier. Compare the price and quality of the items quoted by the supplier, negotiating with the supplier for the price and quality of the items. Preparing / issuing a purchase order. Consolidation of Spares, stores and arranges delivery to Vessel in a cost effective way. Follow up with the supplier for the timely delivery of spares and stores. Preparing monthly statements and submitting reports to the Accounts Scrutinizing and processing invoices. Evaluating supplier performance. Keeping the supplier database up to date. Monitoring Budget. Planning, forecasting and monitoring procurement processes within the specified budget. REQUIREMENTS: Fresher Good communication skills and computer skills. About the Role: We are looking for enthusiastic and proactive freshers who are eager to start their careers in the travel and ticketing industry. If you have a keen interest in corporate travel, event coordination, and customer service, we invite you to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities: Visit potential clients and corporates to promote our travel, ticketing, and hospitality services. Manage end-to-end corporate travel planning including flight bookings, hotel reservations, and ground transportation. Coordinate hotel arrangements and hospitality services for corporate events and business travel. Handle sales inquiries, negotiate packages, and close deals. Assist clients with visa applications and ensure all required documentation is in place. Provide support during urgent travel changes or cancellations, including afterhours assistance. Maintain accurate records of client interactions, bookings, invoices, and travel documentation. Stay up to date with travel trends, airline/hotel policies, and ticketing platforms. Eligibility & Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, Travel & Tourism, Event Management, or a related field. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
