About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Travel Desk Executive to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the go-to expert for crafting seamless travel experiences—managing end-to-end arrangements including flights, hotels, and travel insurance—while delivering exceptional service that exceeds client expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries regarding destinations, itineraries, transportation options, visa requirements, and pricing.
• Accurately book and manage domestic and international travel using global distribution systems (GDS), including Amadeus and Galileo, with a minimum of 6 months of hands-on experience.
• Prepare, review, and confirm comprehensive travel itineraries to ensure accuracy, compliance, and client satisfaction.
• Proactively manage changes, cancellations, and on-trip issues with efficiency and empathy.
• Maintain detailed client profiles, including travel preferences and past bookings, to deliver personalized recommendations and build long-term relationships.
• Stay informed about global travel trends, destination updates, airline policies, and new offerings to provide up-to-date, value-added advice.

Qualifications & Skills

• Proven experience (minimum 3 years) in a travel agency or corporate travel desk environment, with proficiency in Amadeus and/or Galileo.
• Strong command of spoken and written English; multilingual skills are a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities—with a talent for simplifying complex travel information.
• Highly organized, with the ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and maintain accuracy under pressure.
• Self-motivated with a collaborative spirit—equally comfortable working independently or as part of a team.
• Educational background: High school diploma (minimum); degree or certification in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
