Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Travel Consultant, located in Thalassery. The Travel Consultant will be responsible for providing travel consulting services to clients, managing travel arrangements, and handling reservations. On a daily basis, the Travel Consultant will advise clients on travel options, create customized itineraries, and ensure excellent customer service throughout the travel planning process.

Qualifications

• Skills in Travel Consulting and Travel Management
• Experience with Travel Arrangements and Reservations
• Strong Customer Service skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
• Familiarity with travel booking systems and tools is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in tourism, hospitality, or a related field is preferred
