Travel Consultant

As a Travel Consultant at our company, your role will involve handling customer queries through voice and chat channels with professionalism and courtesy. You will be responsible for managing and processing flight, hotel, and travel bookings using Sabre GDS, ensuring accurate information is provided to clients regarding fares, schedules, policies, and travel guidelines. Handling refunds, reissues, cancellations, and other post-booking services efficiently will be a crucial part of your responsibilities. Your ability to maintain high customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem resolution, while collaborating with team members to achieve quality and performance goals, will be essential. Key Responsibilities: - Handle customer queries via voice and chat channels professionally and courteously. - Manage and process flight, hotel, and travel bookings using Sabre GDS. - Provide accurate information regarding fares, schedules, policies, and travel guidelines. - Handle refunds, reissues, cancellations, and other post-booking services efficiently. - Maintain high customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem resolution. - Collaborate with team members to achieve quality and performance goals. Required Skills & Qualifications: - Minimum 5 years of experience in direct customer handling (voice and chat). - At least 3 years of hands-on experience with Sabre GDS. - Exceptional English communication skills, both verbal and written. - Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. - Flexibility to work in rotational shifts and week-offs. - Customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering quality service. In this full-time position, you will be based in Gurgaon and work from the office, catering to our US client's needs. The role will require you to work in rotational night shifts with rotating week-offs. Transport facility is available for female employees.
