Handle customer enquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and walk-ins Explain domestic & international tour packages clearly Prepare customised itineraries based on client requirements Coordinate bookings for flights, hotels, visas, and transportation Convert leads into confirmed bookings Maintain customer records and follow up on payments Provide after-sales support and travel assistance Achieve monthly sales targets Requirements: Minimum 2 years experience (Tours & Travels preferred) Good communication and customer-handling skills Basic computer knowledge (Email, MS Office, WhatsApp Business) Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
