Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Travel Consultant based in Pune. The Travel Consultant will be responsible for assisting clients with their travel needs, including planning trips, making travel arrangements, and handling reservations. The role involves delivering excellent customer service, providing tailored travel solutions, and managing travel logistics to ensure a seamless experience for clients.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Travel Consulting, Travel Management, and creating Travel Arrangements
• Strong skills in Customer Service and handling Reservations efficiently
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
• Knowledge of domestic and international travel destinations is an advantage
• Proficiency in travel booking and management software
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced on-site environment
