Job Description

BCD Travel is looking for Travel Consultant II to join our team
Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement effective travel plans for clients, ensuring their needs are met.
Provide exceptional customer service, responding to client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Conduct thorough research on destinations, including itinerary planning and booking arrangements.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of travel services.
Stay up on industry trends and developments to continuously improve travel offerings.
Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their preferences and providing tailored recommendations.

Job Requirements

Proven experience as a Travel Consultant or similar role, with a minimum of years of experience.
Strong knowledge of the travel industry, including destinations, modes of transportation, and accommodations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse clients.
Proficiency in using travel management software and other relevant tools.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle unexpected situations and challenges.
