Responsibilities: • Create bespoke travel itineraries for guests interested in long-haul destinations. • Manage the end-to-end booking process, including sourcing accommodations, flights, and activities, and coordinating confirmations with suppliers. • Respond promptly to guest inquiries and follow up to ensure exceptional service delivery. • Maintain accurate guest records in CRM systems and track progress on inquiries. • Research new destinations, hotels, and experiences to enhance itinerary quality. • Provide post-booking support, including documentation, visa guidance, and pre-departure updates. • Stay up to date with current travel trends, safety advisories, and destination regulations. • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute sales strategies for long-haul destinations. • Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets for long-haul destinations. • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with guests to foster repeat business and referrals. • Maintain accurate sales records and deliver regular sales reports to management. • Attend industry events and participate in training to expand product knowledge and improve sales performance.
