Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Travel Consultant with 3 to 7 years of experience in the travel industry, preferably in hotel, restaurants, travel, or airlines. The ideal candidate should be fluent in Gujarati, Malayalam, and Tamil, and flexible working hours till 23:30 IST (UK Shift). This position is based in Gurgaon.

Roles and Responsibility

Handle inbound calls from clients and provide excellent customer service.
Create PNR using Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre systems.
Manage travel bookings and reservations efficiently.
Provide information on international travel destinations and processes.
Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and goals.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.

Job Requirements

Minimum 3 years of experience in the travel industry.
Fluency in Gujarati, Malayalam, and Tamil.
Experience in call center operations and GDS systems.
Knowledge of reservation systems and travel processes.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Bachelor's degree in any field.
