Key Responsibilities:

📞 Handle client inquiries via calls and emails professionally

🌐 Provide expert advice on destinations, travel options & packages

🧳 Customize travel itineraries to suit client preferences

💼 Convert leads into confirmed bookings

🤝 Coordinate with internal branches and external partners

🗺️ Maintain up-to-date knowledge of outbound destinations & packages

🔍 Stay informed about travel trends, visa rules & tourism updates

😊 Ensure top-notch customer service and satisfaction

Additional Role Requirements:

🔄 Willing to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts 🌙

📅 Available to work during weekends and public/festival holidays 🎉

⚡ Able to multitask and manage high volumes of inquiries

🤹 Adaptable and proactive in a fast-paced environment

Requirements:

🧭 Prior experience in travel, tourism, or a related sales role

🌍 Strong knowledge of international destinations & holiday packages

🗣️ Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)

💻 Familiarity with travel booking tools and CRM software (preferred)

🧠 Strong coordination, organizational & customer-handling skills
