Join us for unparalleled travel experiences worldwide.  Taking Tasks/Job Order from Clients (Cost) - Tap on the queries received in CRM and ensure the queries are converted to business - Negotiation with Suppliers - Negotiation with Clients - Ensure visiting client get the best service  Customer Happiness - Ensuring that the queries is attended to and resolved quickly - Preparing packages as per client’s requirement - Handle and resolve escalations of clients - To accompany clients during Group Tours  Initiatives - Be available to resolve Clients’ issues when it arises - Additional tasks – • Update Excel sheet • Resolve queries raised by Accounts Team - Share inputs with Digital Marketing Team to enable them prepare flyers for travel trends and to advice on corrections  Interpersonal Skills - Relation and coordination within team members and HOD - Proper coordination with connected Department - Punctuality Show more Show less
