As part of this role, you must be willing to work in rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays as required. Strong coordination, organizational skills, and the ability to handle high inquiry volumes are essential. Previous experience in travel, tourism, or a related customer service/sales role is necessary, along with a solid understanding of international destinations and tour packages. Proficiency in travel booking software and CRM tools is preferred.
