Job Title: Travel Consultant / Holiday Sales Executive

Travel Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming client inquiries through phone and email in a timely and professional manner
• Provide detailed and accurate information about destinations, travel options, and holiday packages
• Customize travel itineraries based on customer preferences and requirements
• Convert potential leads into confirmed bookings
• Coordinate with internal branches and partners to ensure smooth execution of travel plans
• Maintain strong product knowledge of major outbound destinations and tour packages
• Stay updated with the latest travel trends, visa regulations, and destination information
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and service delivery

Additional Role Requirements:

• Willingness to work in

  rotational shifts

• Availability to work during

  weekends and public/festival holidays

• Flexibility to adapt to a fast-paced, customer-driven environment
• Strong coordination and organizational skills
• Ability to handle high volumes of inquiries and multitask effectively

Requirements:

• Proven experience in travel and tourism or a related customer service/sales role
• Strong knowledge of international holiday destinations and tour packages
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient in using travel booking software and CRM tools (preferred)
