Transport Supervisor

Required Transport Experience Candidate only   Must have knowledge of employee transport services and the transport industry in general.   ·        Design and implement efficient transportation routes to minimize costs and delivery times.  ·        Maintain accurate and up-to-date records related to fleet compliance with transportation laws and regulations ·        Oversee the deployment, maintenance, and performance of vehicles to meet operational needs.  ·        Supervise, coordinate, and provide guidance to drivers and other transport staff.  ·        Ensure all transportation activities adhere to relevant regulations, safety standards, and company policies.  ·        Preparation of tracking report and update status on every day. ·        Ensure end to end pick-up and dropping process should be adhered. ·        Ensure trips are performed through Transport APP. ·        Ensure all trips allocation as per the TAT / SLA. ·        Ensure all cabs should report on time at SLOTS / Pick-up point. ·        Ensure availability of escort guard wherever applicable in cabs during security window.
