Job Role: 1. Interact and engage with client-side stakeholders to a. Understand expectations b. Collect feedback c. Build relationships d. Grow the transaction volume. 2. Strengthen Ground teams (from scratch if required) by being hands-on with sourcing and recruiting activities 3. Design, Build, and Operate MIS for the operations. This might include both quantitative and qualitative data not limited to the above-mentioned KPIs. 4. Regular data tracking and audits of a. regulatory compliance b. Supplier performance c. And other KPIs 5. Manage the entire end-to-end life cycle of all transport service requirements. 6. Developing and implementing transportation policies and procedures. 7. Analysing transportation data to identify areas for improvement. 8. Resolving transportation-related issues and complaints. 9. Staying up-to-date on industry trends and regulations. 10.
