Transport Incharge

We are seeking a proactive and responsible School Transport In-Charge to manage and oversee the school’s transportation system efficiently. The ideal candidate must have prior experience in school transport operations and strong technical and organizational skills to ensure the safety and punctuality of student transport services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise the daily operation of school buses and transport staff (drivers and attendants).
• Ensure timely pick-up and drop-off of students.
• Maintain and update transport schedules and routes regularly.
• Coordinate with school administration, parents, and transport staff for smooth communication.
• Conduct routine checks on vehicle condition, cleanliness, safety, and compliance with school and government transport regulations.
• Monitor GPS systems and ensure all buses follow designated routes and schedules.
• Handle transport-related complaints and emergency situations promptly and professionally.
• Maintain records of fuel usage, maintenance, and repairs.
• Liaise with vehicle service providers and ensure timely servicing and documentation (insurance, permits, etc.).
• Implement and monitor safety protocols for students during transit.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 years of experience in managing school transportation or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of local transport laws, school bus safety regulations, and route planning.
• Good technical skills – ability to manage GPS tracking, transport software, and basic vehicle troubleshooting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage a team and work under pressure.
• Basic computer literacy (Excel, Word, Email communication).
• Fluency in english,telugu,hindi

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
