Role Overview (Open Positions)

1. Project Manager

   Overall in-charge of project execution, ensuring timely completion with quality, safety, and cost control.

2. Site Supervisor

   Supervises daily site execution of foundations, erection & stringing, and manages workforce.

3. Store Incharge

   Manages material receipt, issue, storage, and reconciliation at project site.

4. Safety Officer

   Ensures implementation of HSE standards and statutory compliance at project sites.

5. Surveyor

   Conducts route survey, profiling, and tower spotting for accurate TL alignment.

1. Project Manager – Transmission Line

Experience:

• Lead end-to-end execution of TL projects (survey, foundation, erection, stringing & commissioning).
• Manage project schedules, budgets, contractors & client coordination.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality & statutory norms.
• Strong leadership in multi-site project management.
  

2. Site Supervisor – Transmission Line

Experience:

• Supervise foundation, erection & stringing activities at site.
• Monitor manpower, work progress & quality.
• Report daily progress to Project Manager.
• Ensure site safety compliance.
  

3. Store Incharge – Project Site

Experience:

• Handle receipt, issue & storage of project materials.
• Maintain stock registers & ERP/MIS reporting.
• Coordinate with HO & vendors for material reconciliation.
• Ensure proper preservation & security of materials.
  

4. Safety Officer – Transmission Line Projects

Experience:

• Implement and monitor HSE standards at project sites.
• Conduct safety inductions, toolbox talks & audits.
• Ensure compliance with statutory safety guidelines.
• Accident/incident reporting & corrective measures.
  

5. Surveyor – Transmission Line

Experience:

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct route survey, profiling & tower spotting.
• Handle GPS, Total Station & Auto Level instruments.
• Prepare survey drawings & coordinate with the design team.
• Support execution team with route clearance & land liaison
