Transformation Lead, PSSC

As a Global Supply Chain Transformation Leader at Schneider Electric Global Customer Projects & Service Operations (GCP & SO) - Procurement & Solution Supply Chain (PSSC), you will play a pivotal role in driving strategic transformation projects and establishing robust data foundations within the supply chain. Your extensive experience in corporate transformations, supply chain consulting, or related industries will be essential in delivering on PSSC's ambitious 2030 agenda. This position is based in either Gurgaon or Bangalore. Your key responsibilities will involve: - Developing a clear strategy for supply chain transformation aligned with the Supply Chain Vision and business objectives - Leading and managing projects related to supply chain transformation, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget - Analyzing existing supply chain processes, identifying inefficiencies, and recommending/implementing improvements - Driving the adoption of new technologies and platforms to enhance supply chain operations - Utilizing data and analytics to improve forecasting, inventory management, and other critical supply chain processes - Leading change management initiatives to ensure smooth transitions and adoption of new processes and technologies - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation - Communicating transformation plans and progress to key stakeholders, including senior management and clients - Developing and presenting business cases for supply chain transformations, demonstrating potential benefits and ROI - Ensuring accuracy of Master Data, maintaining hygiene and governance, and reducing code creation TAT - Providing mentorship to direct reports, including employee development plans, and fostering a positive work environment Your main missions will involve spearheading key transformations in PSSC, setting up performance management processes, strengthening supplier relationships, improving cooperation with key business stakeholders, driving digitalization, and creating impact in the PSSC transformation journey. Your qualifications for this role include a winning personality, high social competence, effective change management skills, impactful communication and influencing abilities, strong leadership and project management skills, deep understanding of supply chain principles, analytical skills, communication and collaboration skills, technology proficiency, and problem-solving skills. The ideal candidate will have 12+ years of experience in supply chain management, logistics, or operations, preferably from supply chain consulting firms or corporate backgrounds. A post-graduation degree and an MBA in Supply Chain or Operations from a premium B-School are essential qualifications. This is a full-time position based in Bangalore, with a global scope excluding North America and China. You will serve as a key transformational leader with non-hierarchical leadership responsibilities, interfacing with various departments including Global Supply Chain, Factories, Finance, Projects application centers, and Services.
