Join us as a Transformation - Business Analyst at Barclays, where you will develop business capabilities for Finance through key stages of functional design, data, end-to-end-process, and controls, delivery, and functional testing. Utilize cutting-edge technology to revolutionize digital offerings, ensuring unparalleled customer experiences. **Key Responsibilities:** - Develop business capabilities for Finance through key stages of functional design, data, end-to-end-process, and controls. - Drive innovation and excellence in the digital landscape. - Utilize cutting-edge technology to revolutionize digital offerings for unparalleled customer experiences. **Qualifications Required:** - In-depth knowledge of software testing methodologies including test planning, test case design, test execution, and different testing types. - Experience in defect management, including tracking and documenting software defects. - Ability to manage stakeholders effectively and inspire across a wide audience. - Minimum 3 years of experience in change project delivery environments. - Proficiency in data management, technical tools such as Excel and JIRA. - Previous experience in Test Management, Business Analyst Role, or Junior Project Manager Role is desirable. This role will be based out of Noida & Chennai.
