What This Job Involves
Coordinating transactions across the APAC region: You will be expected to deliver comprehensive Transaction Management (TM) services to some of the worlds largest companies across Asia. This role demands a highly energetic individual with exceptional communication, portfolio management, and client relationship management capabilities who thrives in a performance-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Transaction Leadership & Execution : Independently coordinate medium-complex transactions while providing major client relationship oversight to ensure seamless service delivery
Portfolio Strategy & Advisory : Help define and deliver medium portfolio strategy advisory services to clients, providing strategic insights and recommendations that align with their business objectives
End-to-End Transaction Delivery : Take full responsibility for overall transaction delivery on complex client accounts, managing all aspects from lease acquisitions, renewals, terminations, and other transaction activities
Client Partnership Development : Deliver a comprehensive range of real estate and workplace solutions, positioning JLL as a strategic partner that provides next-generation benefits through vested partnerships
Financial Analysis & Presentation : Present sophisticated financial analyses to clients including NPV, cash flow, and P&L models to support strategic decision-making
Multi-Service Account Management : Demonstrate comprehensive understanding of all services across multi-service accounts to provide integrated solutions
Team Leadership & Development : Lead teams of more than 5 people for extended periods (6+ months for Manager level), organizing day-to-day workload for support roles and ensuring optimal team performance
Training & Development : Arrange and facilitate team training sessions using both internal and external resources to continuously upskill team members and enhance service capabilities
Performance Management : Work proactively toward achieving performance targets while maintaining the highest standards of service excellence
Continuous Improvement : Drive continuous learning initiatives through diligent contribution toward gathering employee feedback and recognition programs, laying the groundwork for future generations of real estate professionals
Transaction Management
As a Transaction Consultant, you will be responsible for supporting clients in their real estate strategies and executing transactions effectively. Your responsibilities include coordinating with landlords, developers, legal teams, and internal stakeholders; ensuring compliance with policies and best practices; maintaining strong knowledge of market trends; and preparing client-ready presentations and reports.
Commercial Acumen
You will prepare and evaluate comprehensive financial analysis documents, support and contribute to client budget forecasting, and forecast revenue while initiating and closing projects to meet monthly cashflow plans. Armed with sharp business acumen, you will leverage technology and new products within JLL to deliver next-generation benefits for clients.
Relationship Management
You will build strong and sustainable working relationships and help clients navigate through the JLL delivery platform efficiently and productively. You will understand account profitability and formulate account plans to achieve revenue and performance targets whilst meeting client service standards.
Team Player
You collaborate well with others regardless of role, business unit or location. You are firm on principles but flexible and fair when challenged. You are creative in "reinventing the wheel" and initiating new processes to suit client structure and portfolio requirements.
Qualifications
You should hold a Masters degree in Real Estate, Business, Finance, or a related field. . Ideally, you will bring 7+ years of experience in real estate, consulting, or transaction management.
Strong analytical and financial modeling skills, along with proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), are essential. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills will help you thrive in this role.
