Key Responsibilities

  bench sales and marketing

  of consultants in the US market.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and consultants.
• Negotiate rates and close deals efficiently.
• Manage the complete recruitment and sales cycle.

Requirements

• Excellent English communication skills.
• Prior experience in US Staffing/Bench Sales preferred (Freshers with strong communication skills are also welcome).
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable working in the
