Amazon Last Mile learning team is seeking training specialist to support operations trainings to last mile vertical. Overall responsibility include boosting the competencies of our employees by developing and conducting effective training programs. The person will indirectly help enhance the employee s workplace performance in conjunction with the company s core values to meet the goal of organization. This role requires to travel for business requirements. Trainer Best Behavior 1Own business goals and intervene by identifying knowledge gaps to be filled. 2Proactively recommend ways and support the mapped AMZL and EDSP stations towards meeting business goals. 3Proactively track mapped stations performance and pre-announce training interventions. 4Must be approachable and exhibit the best behavior while at work. 5Always be up to date with the latest techniques, tools, and processes. 6Own to support territory specific or zonal projects. 7Drive in quality & learning related metrics 8Hold a strong hand in excel, PPT, AI tool content making, Email writing 9Build strong connect with stakeholders and support in shaping business by proactively offering visibility on recurring outliers. 10Keeping business and stakeholders updated about all the training interventions. 1Own business goals and intervene by identifying knowledge gaps to be filled. 2Proactively recommend ways and support the mapped AMZL and EDSP stations towards meeting business goals. 3Proactively track mapped stations performance and pre-announce training interventions. 4Supervise structured learning metrices and also oversee their results for the assigned territory and region. 5Managing live performance metrices end to end for the assigned territory. 6Conducting learning session on new process as well as BQM through ITL or digital learning as per the requirement. Deliver various training courses as continuous learning. 7Maintaining data and analysis through reports on excel (as per business requirement) 8Ensure completion of new hire training program, coaching & other performance improvement programs on time. 9Partners with operations leaders while conducting station audit to check the process compliance and fix the gaps on an immediate basis. 10Identifying learning coaches & certifying them. 11Lead the individual improvement projects to enhance the business performance. 12Drive Quality & Learning metrics 13Conducting chime sessions & Class room sessions to the stake holders A day in the life Track the day to day business metrics and plan to visit the mapped stations for metric improvement Involve and engage well with mapped LA/LGs for daily L&D activities Offer visibility on daily reportings and progress updates Training and Quality Excellence Training and Coaching Effectiveness Stakeholder Management Excel VLOOKUP, Pivot, Week-on-week Trend, etc. Project Management
