Role Summary
Key Responsibilities
* Design and deliver induction and ongoing training programs for in-store staff.
* Conduct product knowledge sessions, grooming, customer service, and sales skill training.
* Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments and store performance KPIs.
* Partner with Store Managers and HR to identify training needs.
* Conduct periodic audits and on-the-floor coaching.
* Create training materials, SOPs, and feedback mechanisms.
Qualifications & Requirements
* Graduate in any discipline. Training certification is a plus.
* 2-5 years of experience in retail training or frontline retail operations.
* Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
* Knowledge of ethnic wear, sarees, or premium retail is preferred.
