Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Training Specialist located in Thane. The Training Specialist will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs, creating instructional materials, and providing excellent customer service. Key tasks include conducting training sessions, assessing training needs, designing training programs, and supporting team members to enhance their skills and performance.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication skills
• Experience in Training & Development and Training
• Proficiency in Instructional Design
• Ability to provide excellent Customer Service
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, or related field
• Ability to work collaboratively with a young and dynamic team
• Experience in the automotive industry is a plus
