Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Training Specialist located in Thane. The Training Specialist will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs, creating instructional materials, and providing excellent customer service. Key tasks include conducting training sessions, assessing training needs, designing training programs, and supporting team members to enhance their skills and performance. Qualifications Strong Communication skills Experience in Training & Development and Training Proficiency in Instructional Design Ability to provide excellent Customer Service Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, or related field Ability to work collaboratively with a young and dynamic team Experience in the automotive industry is a plus

We are committed to continuous improvement and innovation to reach our objectives. Role Description Greet customers and listen to their concerns about vehicle performance. Document customer concerns and vehicle issues accurately. Provide clear explanations of recommended maintenance and repair services. Prepare and present cost estimates for approval. Communicate with technicians to relay customer concerns and service requirements. Keep customers informed about repair progress and any changes to estimates. Coordinate timely completion of repairs and ensure quality standards are met. Manage warranty, insurance, and service contract claims when applicable. Handle service transactions, including billing and payment processing. Maintain accurate service records and customer history. Promote additional services and preventative maintenance as appropriate. Ensure a professional, customer-friendly environment in the service area Qualifications Education & Experience High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Automotive Technology or related field preferred). 2+ years of experience as a Service Advisor or in a related automotive role. Knowledge of automotive systems, maintenance schedules, and repair processes. Skills & Competencies Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to interpret technical information and explain it in simple terms. Customer service–oriented mindset with problem-solving skills. Proficiency with automotive shop management software and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. As the purchase executive, you will carry out all tasks allocated by the purchase manager, which may include conducting research on market potential & pricing, inspecting goods, placing orders, tracking claims, and updating records. You should be able to negotiate pricing and transport costs. To be successful as a purchase executive you should be able to multitask and evaluate products and vendors. Exceptional purchase executive should be smooth negotiators with a keen eye for detail. Purchase Executive Responsibilities: Sourcing materials, goods, products, and services and negotiating the best or most cost-effective contracts and deals. Performing inventory inspections and reordering supplies and stock as necessary. Conducting market research to keep abreast of emerging trends and business opportunities. Inspecting stock and reporting any faulty items or inconsistencies immediately. Updating and maintaining records of all orders, payments, and received stock. Coordinating with the delivery team and following up on delays or orders that have been rescheduled. Establishing professional relationships with clients as well as vendors and suppliers. Purchase Executive Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in business, logistics, or a related field may be required. Previous experience of minimum 2 years in a similar position. Superb written and verbal communication and negotiation skills. Great organizational and planning skills. The ability to identify market trends and make decisions in a high-stress environment. The ability to follow client specifications. Excellent networking and time management skills.

The Account Executive will manage team of cashiers. Train them, support them. Directly reporting to directors with reports. Daily tasks include co-ordinating with accounts team, supporting the sales team, ensuring and auditing branch accounts, maintaining records, and collaborating with the sales team to achieve business goals. The Account Executive will also provide excellent customer service. Qualifications Effective Team handling Strong Communication and Interpersonal skills Experience in preparing reports and maintaining records Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities Proficiency in using Tally ERP software Bachelor's degree in Commerce,Business Administration, Marketing, or related field Previous experience in the automotive will be an added advantage
