Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Training Manager located in Coimbatore. The Training Manager will be responsible for designing, coordinating, and conducting training programs for hotel staff. The role includes assessing training needs, developing training materials, organizing training sessions, and evaluating the effectiveness of the programs. The Training Manager will work closely with department heads to ensure that training initiatives align with the overall objectives of Merlis Hotels. Additionally, maintaining records of training activities and employee progress, as well as providing support and guidance, will be critical aspects of this role.

Qualifications

Experience in designing and implementing training programs and materials
Strong organizational and coordination skills
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to assess training needs and evaluate program effectiveness
Proficiency in using training software and tools
Ability to work collaboratively with different departments
4+ years of Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Hospitality Management, or related field
