Role Overview:

Training Manager

Location: Thane & Hyderabad

Key Responsibilities:

  • Training Strategy & Design

    • Develop and implement comprehensive training programs tailored to VRM roles in CC and LI.
    • Align training content with business goals, regulatory requirements, and customer service excellence.
  • Content Development

    • Create engaging training materials including presentations, manuals, e-learning modules, and assessments.
    • Collaborate with product, compliance, and sales teams to ensure accuracy and relevance of content.
  • Delivery & Facilitation

    • Conduct onboarding and refresher training sessions for new and existing VRMs.
    • Facilitate workshops, role-plays, and simulations to enhance soft skills, product knowledge, and sales techniques.
  • Performance Monitoring

    • Track training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics.
    • Identify skill gaps and recommend targeted interventions.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration

    • Work closely with HR, Operations, and Business Heads to align training with organizational needs.
    • Support change management initiatives and new product launches through training.
  • Compliance & Quality

    • Ensure all training programs adhere to regulatory standards and internal policies.
    • Maintain training records and audit readiness.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelors degree (Masters preferred) in HR, Business, Education, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in training, preferably in BFSI, Call Centre, or Insurance domains.
  • Strong understanding of Life Insurance products and virtual relationship management.
  • Experience with digital training platforms and LMS tools.

Skills Required:

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple training projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and e-learning tools.
  • Empathy, patience, and a passion for people development.
