About the Role:

Retail Training Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver engaging training programs covering

    product knowledge, customer experience, ethnic wear styling, SOPs

    , and sales techniques.
  • Understand the brand’s ethos and effectively communicate it to the frontline and store teams.
  • Conduct regular

    store visits

    to assess team performance, identify training needs, and offer on-ground coaching.
  • Create

    presentations, assessments, and visual learning aids

    tailored to store roles.
  • Drive training for

    new joiners

    , along with refresher programs for existing staff.
  • Collaborate with retail and HR teams to align training plans with business objectives.
  • Track training effectiveness through

    assessments, feedback, and KPIs

    like conversion rates and customer feedback.
  • Build a culture of learning and growth within the retail team.

What We're Looking For:

  • 1–4 years of experience in

    retail training

    , preferably in

    fashion or ethnic wear brands

    .
  • Strong understanding of

    Indian wear fabrics, fits, and styling

    .
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to

    travel frequently

    to stores across cities.
  • Proficient in

    MS PowerPoint, Excel

    , and basic design tools (optional but a plus).
  • Self-driven, people-oriented, and organized.
